# Privacy

Dirigon is a private credit data product. This page covers the API, MCP, and website.

## What we serve

Marks, tapes, and fund cards compiled from SEC EDGAR filings (10-Q, 10-K, and opt-in N-CSR / N-CSRS). Those filings are public.

## What we collect

If you create an account or connect MCP:

- Email address
- Billing records (processor: Stripe)
- API keys and OAuth tokens you authorize
- Request logs: path, tool, plan, status, timestamp, user agent

We do not collect Claude conversation text, chat history, or files from the host. MCP tools only receive the arguments you send.

## Use and storage

Account and billing data run the product: sign-in, entitlements, metering. Request logs are for abuse, debugging, and quota. We do not sell this data. We do not train models on it.

## Sharing

Stripe processes cards. Supabase stores auth. Cloudflare hosts the site and API. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose records if the law requires it.

## Retention

Close the account and we delete keys and OAuth tokens. Billing records stay as long as tax and card-network rules require. Public EDGAR-derived compile data is not personal data.

## Your rights

Email [admin@dirigon.com](mailto:admin@dirigon.com) to export or delete your account. Operators can revoke keys immediately.
