Eric Court
Eric has spent close to twenty years on the paper Dirigon indexes, from leveraged finance at Jefferies through Atlantic Street, Charterhouse, Trivergance, and four years as a principal at Alignment Credit. He now leads corporate finance and valuation at EY-Parthenon, which means his week is still an argument about what a private asset is worth.
At Dirigon he owns the unglamorous part: the methodology, the issuer identity, and the matching rules that decide whether two numbers on the screen are actually the same loan.
Owns Credit, valuation, and coverage. The methodology, the issuer identity, and the matching rules that decide whether two numbers on the screen are the same loan.
